CENTRAL AMERICAN TECHNICAL REGULATION RTCA 65.05.51: 18 ICS 65.020.30 1st. Revision. VETERINARY DRUGS, RELATED PRODUCTS AND FACILITIES. SANITARY REGISTRATION AND CONTROL REQUIREMENTS. The purpose of this Technical Regulation is to establish the provisions for sanitary registration and control of drugs for veterinary use, related products and their establishments. It applies to veterinary drugs and related products, as well as to the facilities that register, manufacture, market, dispatch or sell, divide or store them in the Member States. The raw materials for preparing veterinary drugs and related products are excepted, as well as the skillful veterinary formulations and their facilities, which are subject to the national legislation of each Member State. CENTRAL AMERICAN TECHNICAL REGULATION RTCA 11.03.59: 18 ICS 11.120.01 1st. Revision. PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS. MEDICINES FOR HUMAN USE. SANITARY REGISTRY REQUIREMENTS. The purpose of this Technical Regulation is to establish the conditions and requirements under which the sanitary registration of medicines for human use will be granted. It applies to medicines for human use that are manufactured or imported by natural or legal persons for their commercialization in the territory of the Member States. As long as a Member State does not have national legislation for the registration of biological and biotechnological drugs, these technical regulations will apply to these products. SUPERINTENDENCE OF BANKS AND OTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS

Resolution No. CD-SIBOIF-1250-1-MAY28-2021 STANDARD FOR THE ATTENTION, PROCESSING AND COMPENSATION OF ANTICIPATED LOSSES IN INSURANCE CONTRACTS. Dated May 28, 2021. The purpose of this Standard is to establish the guiding principles, procedures and deadlines that natural and legal persons subject to its scope must comply with when notifying, formalizing, processing, accepting or rejecting a claim; as well as, for the payment of compensation when the claim has been accepted by the insurers. The provisions of this standard are applicable to insurers, insurance assistant, insurance brokers, contractors of group insurance and to all users directly and indirectly linked to the policy. CD-SIBOIF-1259-1-JULY20-2021 STANDARD FOR THE REVOCATION OF THE AUTHORIZATION TO OPERATE AS A GENERAL DEPOSIT WAREHOUSE. Dated July 20, 2021. The purpose of this Standard is to establish the requirements to be met by Warehouses that voluntarily decide to request the revocation of their authorization to operate, in order to not continue issuing CD (Certificate of Deposit) and BP (Pledge Bond), to dedicate themselves to render the services established in its articles of incorporation. NICARAGUAN INSTITUTE OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND POST

ADMINISTRATIVE AGREEMENT No. 002-2021 UPDATING OF NICARAGUAN NATIONAL FREQUENCY ATTRIBUTION TABLE (CNAF). Dated June 21, 2021. TELCOR, in accordance with Article 61 of the Regulation of Law No. 200 and taking into account the recommendations and regulations of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), especially those issued at the World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-19), has approved the updating of the National Frequency Attribution Chart (CNAF) to facilitate the management and administration of the Radioelectric Spectrum and the development of the telecommunications sector, as well as the harmonization and interoperability of telecommunications services and equipment. DECREE A.N. No. 8763 DECREE OF APPROVAL OF THE “AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF NICARAGUA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF CUBA ON THE EXECUTION OF CRIMINAL SENTENCES. Dated August 11, 2021. The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Nicaragua and the Government of the Republic of Cuba on the Execution of Criminal Sentences, is approved in order to facilitate the rehabilitation and reintegration of those sanctioned, allowing them to serve their sentences in the country of which they are nationals or citizens, and to achieve this objective it is convenient to give nationals who are deprived of their liberty abroad, as a result of the commission of a crime, the possibility of serving their sentence within their country, since through the family approach and the possibility of living according to the traditions of their country, their social reintegration is foster. LAW No. 1078 LAW OF AMENDMENT TO LAW No. 561 GENERAL LAW OF BANKS, NON-BANKING FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AND FINANCIAL GROUP. Dated August 24, 2021. Through this law, article 164 of the General Law of Banks, Non-Banking Financial Institutions and Financial Groups is amended with regard to the imposition of fines on Directors, managers, officials, employees and internal auditors and other sanctions regarding the risks of money laundering, financing of terrorism and financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (ML/FT/FP). LAW No. 1079 LAW OF AMENDMENT TO LAW No. 587, CAPITAL MARKET LAW. Dated August 24, 2021. Through this law, articles 187, 188 and 212 of Law No. 587, Capital Market Law are amended with regard to fines, other sanctions and the prevention of money laundering, financing of terrorism and financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (PLA/FT/FP). LAW No. 1080 LAW OF AMENDMENT TO LAW No. 316, LAW OF THE SUPERINTENDENCE OF BANKS AND OTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS. Dated August 24, 2021. Through this law, article 10, numeral 5 of Law No. 316, Law of the Superintendence of Banks and Other Financial Institutions, is amended regarding to the powers of the Board of Directors of the Superintendence, where it is empowered to approve general regulations to ensure the legal origin of capital of  the financial institutions and to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing and financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction within the financial system under its supervision. MINISTRY OF HEALTH

MINISTERIAL RESOLUTION No. 334 – 2021 “The requirements and procedures for the sanitary registration of Tobacco products are approved” Dated June 25, 2021. In accordance with this Ministerial Resolution, the requirements and procedures for the sanitary registration of tobacco products and their derivatives and the registration of facilities that must be fulfilled by natural or legal persons engaged in the manufacture, export, import, promotion, advertising, storage, distribution and marketing of such products were approved, The Health Regulation Directorate attached to the National Health Regulation Authority is the body responsible for the application and compliance of the regulatory provisions contained in this Resolution. CENTRAL BANK OF NICARAGUA

RESOLUTION CD-BCN-XXXIX-1-21 REGULATION OF SURVEILLANCE AND SUPERVISION OF PAYMENT SYSTEMS. Dated July 22, 2021. The purpose of this regulation is to establish the general guidelines to carry out the surveillance and supervision of payment systems, in order to promote their efficiency and security. The Regulation is applicable to the Administrators of payment systems, Providers of financial technology of payment services, Service providers of virtual assets. RESOLUTION CD-BCN-XXXIX-2-21 AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO RESOLUTION CD-BCN-LIX-1-19 “REGULATION TO PURCHASE AND/OR CURRENCY EXCHANGE SERVICE PROVIDERS” AND TO RESOLUTION CD-BCN-LIX- 2-19 “REGULATION TO REMITTANCE PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS” Dated July 22, 2021. Through this Regulation, Articles 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 18, 19 and 20 of Resolution CD-BCN-LIX-1-19 “Regulation to purchase and/or currency exchanges service providers” are amended. With this reform, the people who provide purchase and/or currency exchange services will not be able to assign, transfer or alienate in any way, their authorization to operate, as previously stated and the fines unit of measures changed.
