He has ample experience in intellectual property, and actively provides legal advice on everything related to protection, registration and defense of distinctive signs, for multiple national and foreign clients. He is well versed in matters related to infringement, and the legal means available for the protection of intellectual property in Nicaragua. He did a professional internship at PONS Patentes y Marcas in Madrid, Spain.
