RESOLUTION CD-FOGADE-I-FEB-2023 Standard for the Determination of the Risk Differential that the Member Institutions of the Deposit Guarantee System must pay to FOGADE, during the year 2023. Dated February 21, 2023. The purpose of this Standard is establishing the scope and mechanism to determine the additional percentage to the 0.25% premium that Financial Institutions members of the Deposit Guarantee System must pay as a risk differential, to the Financial Institutions’ Deposit Guarantee Fund (FOGADE), in accordance to the results of it qualification.
