Professional Experience: 

Claraliz has extensive experience in business law and has advised local and international companies in the process of establishing their operations in Nicaragua. She has provided advice on due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions,  corporate restructuring, negotiation and preparation of contracts, constitution of guarantees and project structuring; securities, investment funds, as well as notification processes and approval of economic concentrations and antitrust topics in general. She is active in intellectual property especially in processes for obtaining Sanitary Licenses and Registrations before the Ministry of Health of Nicaragua..
