RESOLUTION No. CD-SIBOIF-1182-1-JUN19-2020 STANDARD FOR THE GRANTING OF TEMPORARY CREDIT CONDITIONS dated June 19, 2020. This Standard is intended to establish temporary credit conditions that financial institutions may grant to debtors of credit cards, vehicle loans, personal loans, home mortgages, microcredits, SMEs, agriculture, livestock, industrial and commercial in all sectors of the economy, all this in order to mitigate the negative effects that could be generated given the international health situation. DECREE A.N. No. 8691 DECREE OF APPROVAL OF THE ACCESSION OF NICARAGUA TO THE “AGREEMENT ON PORT STATE MEASURES, AIMED AT PREVENTING, DISCOURAGING AND ELIMINATING ILLEGAL, UNREPORTED AND UNREGULATED FISHING” dated June 24, 2020. Through this Decree, Nicaragua’s accession to the “Agreement on Port State Measures, aimed at preventing, discouraging and eliminating Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing” is approved. This agreement aims to prevent, discourage and eliminate Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing through the application of effective measures by the Port State, thus guaranteeing the sustainable use and long-term conservation of living marine resources and marine ecosystems. RESOLUTION No. 419-2019 (COMIECO-LXXXIX) THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS FOR ECONOMIC INTEGRATION resolved to modify, by total replacement of the Central American Technical Regulation RTCA 67.04.54: 10 Processed Food and Beverages. Food Additives, by RTCA 67.04.54: 18 Processed Food and Beverages. Food Additives. Which went into effect on June 5, 2020. The purpose of this regulation is to establish the additives used in foods that are marketed in the territory of the States Parties. Processing aids and substances that are commonly used as ingredients are excluded from the application of this regulation. The companies that must update their labels as a result of the validity of this regulation, will have a term of up to 6 months, counted from the effective date of this Resolution, to exhaust their stock.
