LAW No. 1033 LAW ON AMENDMENT AND ADDITION TO LAW No. 761, GENERAL LAW ON MIGRATION AND ALIENS, dated August 4, 2020. Through this Law the Articles 121, 122 and 123 of Law No. 761, General Law on Migration and Aliens, were amended. The reforms comes to dollarize the fees for migratory services and fines to Nicaraguan citizens, citizens of other nationalities, added article 122 bis relative to fees for services and fines for hotels, lodgings, family businesses and employers. LAW No. 1026 LAW OF THE NICARAGUAN LEGAL DIGEST ON TOURISM MATTERS. Dated March 25, 2020. The aim of the Nicaraguan Legal Digest on Tourism Matters is to compile, order, purify and consolidate the current legal framework of this Matter, which contains a register of the current Legal Regulations, International Instruments approved and ratified by Nicaragua, Legal Regulations not in force or Historical Law and Nicaraguan Consolidated Legal Regulations, related to Tourism matters. LAW No. 1035 LAW ON AMENDMENT TO LAW No. 698, GENERAL LAW OF PUBLIC REGISTRIES AND THE NICARAGUAN COMMERCIAL CODE. Dated August 21, 2020. The amendments have the purpose of creating the Final Beneficiary Registry of Commercial Companies, which will be part of the National Registry System and will be governed by the provisions of the Specific Regulations of the Final Beneficiary Registry of Commercial Companies that will be issued by the Special Registry Commission. It is also established that the registration and updating of the Final Beneficiary is mandatory, if not done, it will constitute an infringement and would imply the imposition of a sanction. RESOLUTION CD-FOGADE-I-FEB-2020 STANDARD TO DETERMINE OF THE RISK SPREAD TO BE PAID BY THE MEMBER INSTITUTIONS OF THE DEPOSIT GUARANTEE SYSTEM TO THE FOGADE, DURING THE YEAR 2020. Dated February 25, 2020. The purpose of this Standard is to establish the scope and mechanism to determine the additional percentage to the 0.25% premium that the Financial Institutions that are members of the Deposit Guarantee System must pay as risk spread, to the Deposit Guarantee Fund of Financial Institutions (FOGADE), in accordance with the results of their qualification.
